Can I do sale price evaluation of residential properties?
No, the calculations generated in the multi-family version are only valid for income-producing properties and are not suitable for single-family homes.
Does your software do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)?
Our software does not allow the creation of CMAs. However, you may compare analyses you’ve created with our software. Moreover, an executive summary is created for every analysis up to 10 and allows for side-by-side comparison.
Is it possible to have a pay-per-use subscription?
The current subscription possibilities are;
- Per month recurring (normal subscription)
- Per month non-recurring (available only by calling)
- Per year ( no automatic renewal)
What must I do to cancel my automatic renewal?
You must send us a written statement at support@magextechnologies.com
that you wish to terminate your automatic renewal. This step must be done 10 day before your billing cycle ends. Alternately, you may contact customer support and ask for a non-recurring subscription. You can also remove the automatic renewal from your Zoom-Imm/IAnalyzeREI Web Account option in the Preferences menu.
What file format are the reports in?
Our software uses the Portable Document Format, also known as PDF. You will need to have ACROBAT READER installed on your computer before you start. This free viewing software is available online on ADOBE’s website Adobe website.
Is the software single-user only or can one subscription cover more than a person?
Any Zoom-Imm/IAnalyzeREI subscription is single-user only. One may not buy a licence to cover a team of professionals.
I have just subscribed to the software and I am unable to login.
After you have subscribed, please close all your internet navigator pages. Afterwards, go to the Zoom-Imm website or the iAnalyzeREI website (US only) and try logging in.
Can I pay a yearly subscription in instalments?
A yearly subscription must be paid in full and is a one-time charge.
Does the software come with a user manual?
After you have subscribed you should automatically receive a document via email. This document explains how to obtain the desired results in every page of a finalized report.
